(WBAY) – The beauty of the universe will be on display Christmas Day.

NASA says there will be a rare Christmas full moon.

We haven’t had a Christmas full moon since 1977, and it won’t happen again until 2034, according to the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.

This is the 13th full moon of the year. The Oneida Nation refers to it as the Resting Moon.
