(CNN) – A new propaganda video from Islamic state terrorists features a man and a child who speak English.
CNN and WKBN have chosen not to play the video but have provided an image of the man speaking in the clip.
The man speaks with an English accent and threatens British Prime Minister David Cameron.
The child in the video says ISIS will kill nonbelievers “over there,” meaning the west.
Five men are killed in the video. They are shown confessing to spying on behalf of Great Britain.
The video runs for a little over ten minutes.
The video has not been independently verified.
