DETROIT, Mich. (CNN) – A shooting at a Detroit block party left at least five people hurt.
Police say the shooting happened Sunday night outside a car wash on Detroit’s east side.
Authorities say hundreds were there when two people drove up and fired into the crowd.
Assistant Police Chief Steve Dolnut said no one has talked to authorities about what happened.
“They don’t care. They don’t feel any threat by us. We are going to come up with a plan, and people might not be happy with it, but I’m tired of people getting shot,” said Dolnut.
This is the third block party shooting on occur in Detroit in just over a week.
