Tips to prevent hypothermia and cold weather-related injuries

NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) — When it is as cold as it is today, it is ever important to bundle up and stay inside if you can. But with life-threatening temperatures in the forecast, the risk for hypothermia and cold weather-related injuries is higher than normal.

Joining us Sunday on Good Morning Connecticut, Dr. Vic Parwani from Yale-New Haven Hospital shares tips on staying safe in the cold and what to look out for to prevent hypothermia.
