INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — 9-1-1 calls have been released following Wednesday’s shooting that injured three people at Washington Square Mall.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department released the audio Thursday evening.
“There was at least five to 10 shots fired,” a woman, who identified herself as a Target employee, told the 9-1-1 operator.
With tension in her voice, she tells the operator that the shooting happened “right inside the mall, right outside our doors in the mall.”
The Target store is adjoined to the mall.
Police continue to search for two suspects in the shooting.
